Cool DIY Projects You Can Do With Leftover Orlando Pavers
Sometimes, we order more materials than we actually need for that exterior upgrade to our property. Luckily, those extra materials aren’t a waste of money and can be put towards plenty of other fun projects. If you find yourself with leftover Orlando pavers, try some of these cool DIY projects to turn your leftovers into amazing new decorations for your home.
- Bookends: If you’re a bookworm, you know how much of a struggle it can be to keep your precious literature upright. Leftover pavers can be an excellent alternative to expensive bookends. Paint the leftovers with an eye-popping color of spray paint, or use two shades of a similar color for a subtle ombre. After the paint dries, you can use stencils to create an ornate design for a more intricate bookend.
- Hopscotch: Do you have children who won’t stop jumping around? Instead of constantly buying messy chalk for a hopscotch board, you can use leftover pavers to create one. First, spray paint the tops of the pavers. After the paint dries, use a brush to paint the numbers. Arrange them in the yard for a quick and easy game!
- Planter boxes: If you enjoy gardening, then you can create your own planter boxes that match your new exterior design. Use a strong adhesive to glue the pavers together to make an inexpensive, unique planter.
- Stepping stones: Do you have a large stack of leftovers, but lack the time and energy for a complicated project? Try laying them across the lawn or along a gravel path for stepping stones.
